When Good Morning America host, Robin Roberts traveled to China this month, she asked WildChina founder Mei Zhang to show her China’s most famous site, the Great Wall.
Good Morning America host, Robin Roberts enjoyed the best of China’s sites and food on her recent China trip. In Beijing, she explored the Wangfujing street market, rode on a rickshaw through the hutongs and joined WildChina Founder & CEO, Mei Zhang for a glorious summer day on the Great Wall. Mei took Robin to the Mutianyu section, where they walked along the centuries old structure built to protect China’s heartland from foreign invasion.
Robin also visited Chengdu, where she fed a baby panda. Chengdu is also known for its delicious spicy dishes, and Robin did not miss out. She even got a performance of the unique version of Chinese opera found in this region, face-changing opera.
Robin completed her trip with a visit to Shanghai to see just what the newest Disney park had in store for its Chinese fans.
