We had the pleasure of talking to the COO of Wellington China Michelle Liang and WHO expert Ninie Wang about climbing Mount Everest for the female empowerment charity Unlimited Her (她无限). They answer some popular questions about this difficult expedition, as well as dive deeper into how this experience changed their lives for the. better.

Michelle Liang
Michelle Liang, COO of Wellington China, started working in education over a decade ago from a career in brand strategy and integrated marketing and has made education a lifelong career. As a founding member of six schools, she has successfully set up and run international and bilingual schools across China and is recognized as “the most international Chinese education talent”. She started participating in charity mountaineering challenges two years ago and has successfully summited Kilimanjaro and Mount Everest.
Ninie Wang
Ninie Wang is not only the founder and CEO of Pinetree Care Group, she is also a World Health Organisation expert, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and an activist in elderly healthcare. Ninie graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and INSEAD Business School. She is currently studying for a doctorate in health care management at Tsinghua University and Johns Hopkins University.
