For Estela, designing an extraordinary trip for a client starts from empathy and understanding. Each time, she looks at the experience from the client’s perspective. She believes the devil is in the details, and pays extra attention to all aspects of a trip, no matter how small, to ensure visitors have an unforgettable experience.
When she’s not working, she loves reading, traveling and exploring museums and art exhibitions in the places she visits.
