Related Provinces: Xishuangbanna
Oliver is a Xishuangbanna native who loves introducing visitors to the culture and history of his corner of Yunnan Province. He is very knowledgeable about local ethnic culture and botany, and has delivered lectures on tropical botany to student groups.
In addition to Mandarin and English, he also speaks the local Dai language, allowing those he guides to forge a closer connection with local ethnic communities, some of whom don’t speak Mandarin.
